Professional Bachelor of Law program
from RCST School of Law has been designed for professionals working in private
and public organizations.
The program
involves the teaching of essential and relevant laws that influence and
otherwise affect professionals like Engineers, Medical Doctors, Dentists,
Bankers, Accountants, Auditors, Architects, Merchants, and Captains of Industry.
The professional law program is a preventive mechanism to avoid unnecessary litigation that has
potential of disrupting and disturbing your revenue-generating
business. Litigation is usually time-consuming, stress-causing, and
cost-prohibitive. Participants in the Law program will acquires proactive
skills and understanding of preventive litigation procedures akin to preventive
maintenance and preventive medicine.
While passing written examinations and tests
is the inevitable norm, we focus on preparing our students to apply what they
have learned to their professional tasks when they begin their law careers.
We
have designed and developed specialist Law Courses and Modules uniquely tailored for
students desiring to pursue professional careers as Lawyers, Judges, Law
Professors and in-house Corporate Lawyers.
