The Master of Law program is designed as a progression intermediate level in our Fast-Track Law Degrees Programs

Students will be exposed to ‘Why and How the Law Matters’ upon completing the Foundation level (Bachelors) while advancing in other aspects of the core courses offered and taught at the Foundation Level. The program will provide students with advanced legal knowledge in the administration of justice and operations and applications of legal systems.

 

While passing written examinations and tests is the inevitable norm, RCST Law programs focus on preparing our students to apply what they have learned to their professional tasks when they begin the law careers.  We have designed and developed specialist Law Courses and Modules uniquely tailored for students desiring to pursue professional careers as Lawyers, Judges, Law Professors and in-house Corporate Lawyers.

  

Students can complete the core essentials of the program and graduate with Master of Laws degree within a shorter period of 12-months depending on individual commitment. The professionally-oriented studies will form a strong foundation to pursue Doctorate of Law degree program. 

RCST Distinguished Professor Judge Dr. Navin-Chandra Naidu, with other Learned Scholars will be teaching and mentoring students in achieving excellence in the fundamentals and practice of law with the How to Study Law system instead of the What to Study in Law

 

 

 

 

 Program LEARNING Structure

This practice-integrated Master of Laws program is designed for accomplished individuals and professionals who have earned a minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications in any disciplines of Humanities and Social Sciences. Candidate will study interesting and stimulating specialist courses covering the Roots and Shoots of Substantive Law to prepare Lawyers, Judges, Law Teachers, Legal Advisors for Professional services

Graduation REQUIREMENTS

Master of Laws required successful completion of minimum 100-ECTS (European Credits Transfer System) above the Bachelor degree. Student performance will be measured against acceptable overall academic achievements

 

Progression to graduate PROGRAMS

Student that successfully completed the Master of Law can move ahead to enrol on Graduate Degree program (e.g. Doctor of Law ) of RCST Rockfield College of Sciences and Technology,  information about Fast-Track Law Degrees Programs at RCST School of Law

 

Special Admission Requirements

Applicant must be at least 25-years old;

Possess Bachelor Degree or equivalent from recognised institution

 Have at least 2-years of relevant working experience in Business, Technicals or Civil Services

Adults with lesser qualifications but possessed years' of experience will also be considered
