Master of Educational Leadership program is designed to prepare accomplished individuals for effective performance in roles as educational leaders and mentors in schools, communities, and institutions of higher education. Established development and community agencies need well-trained professionals and educators who use current knowledge and possess strong leadership skills to design and administer instructional educational programs

 

RCST'S Master of Education program emphasis in higher education administration provides students with broad-based background issues for leadership positions in colleges and universities. Graduates are qualify to serve in positions such as Administrators or mid-level directors in higher education institutions, student affairs personnel, school business officers, and grant and contract administrators

Program Structure and Content

Bachelor of Education program structure and content below is based on assumption that candidates would have completed higher education studies (with at least 90 ECTS-Credits) and possess Undergraduate Diploma, Undergraduate Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent qualifications.

Candidate will complete a minimum of 14 Undergraduate Courses with Bachelor Thesis or Project in lieu of transfered credits.  Candidates that possessed Higher Qualifications above 90 ECTS-Credits will be Granted Further Transferable Credits, similarly, additional Undergraduate Courses will be assigned to candidates with less transfer college-level credits

GRADUATION requirements

 Master of Educational Leadership degree requires the successful completion of 12 Graduate-Level Courses with minimum of 100 ECTS-Units (European Credits Transfer System) above the Bachelor degree.  Student performance will be measure against acceptable overall academic achievements throughout the study.  The Total Cumulative Credits required for graduation can be achieved through the combination of the Learning Groups listed below:
