 The Doctor of Education Leadership is a dynamic program that has multidisciplinary applications in any organization. Program Structure and Content

Bachelor of Education program structure and content below is based on assumption that candidates would have completed higher education studies (with at least 90 ECTS-Credits) and possess Undergraduate Diploma, Undergraduate Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent qualifications.

Candidate will complete a minimum of 14 Undergraduate Courses with Bachelor Thesis or Project in lieu of transfered credits.  Candidates that possessed Higher Qualifications above 90 ECTS-Credits will be Granted Further Transferable Credits, similarly, additional Undergraduate Courses will be assigned to candidates with less transfer college-level credits

GRADUATION requirements

 Doctor of Educational Leadership degree requires the successful completion of 100 ECTS-Units (European Credits Transfer System) above Master degree. RCST has pool of highly qualified and experience Faculty-Mentors to provide quality mentoring and support throughout the study.

Student performance will be measured against acceptable overall academic achievements.
