The Professional Master of
Aviation Science (PMAS) at RCST is a post-graduate research-based study
designed for aviation professionals working in aviation related organizations.
Candidates for the research-based program must have advanced degree (e.g.
Master) in fields of aviation, engineering and technology, with years of
professional experience in aviation organizations. The learning structure for
the Professional Master of
Aviation Science (PMAS) is divided into two distinct parts - taught and
research.
First part of the program intends to prepare middle managers to senior management
level roles. It allows aviation professionals to advance their knowledge in a
wide range of areas and to explore new concepts in Air Transportation. It aims
to prepare future senior managers to cope with the various challenges of
aviation in the
next century.
Second part of the
program is to research current aviation industry issues. Professionals will
develop practical skills in research related to the aviation industry. It gives
future senior leaders the opportunity to enhance their problem-solving and
analytical skills. Those abilities are highly recommended for senior management
positions.
Students studying the Professional Master of Aviation
Science (PMAS) can structure their studies according to the needs of the
student based on accumulated experience and degree objectives. The required
Master Thesis component of the program can
deepen the knowledge in a specific field of aviation such as ...
