The Doctor of Education Leadership is a dynamic program that has multidisciplinary applications in any organization. New dimensions and approaches are being developed and introduced to the study of education, and how teaching and learning can be effectively managed; the revolving approach has become a determining factor in encouraging many educators to seek advanced degrees.

Doctor of education Requirements

 Doctor of Educational Leadership degree requires the successful completion of 100 ECTS-Units (European Credits Transfer System) above Master degree. The total cumulative credits will include core courses, elective courses and applicable transfer credits. RCST has pool of highly qualified and experience Faculty-Mentors to provide quality mentoring and support throughout the study. Student performance will be measured against acceptable overall academic achievements

 

Doctoral Candidate Profiles

 Doctor of Education program is aimed at acclaimed professionals interested in attaining the highest academic knowledge in Education Administration and Leadership, Institutional Policy Formulation, and Sustainable Development, and willing to contribute to the development of knowledge in the disciplines of educational leadership, institutional administration, and applied social sciences

 

Candidate must be at least 30-years old

Posses Master or Doctorate Degree or equivalent qualifications from recognised institutions

Academic and professional qualifications in the fields of Education, Social Science, Law, etc

 Possess supervisory or management level work experience in private and public organizations
