requirements for a degree and successfully passed all
assigned courses and projects can request to graduate from the program.
Graduation Clearance Information is for
Matriculated Students of RCST who has completed (or about to complete) All Mandatory Requirements
for the program of study.

Graduating Student is require to follow the steps below to ensure you are cleared to graduate and earned the
degrees pertaining to your study programs. |

STEP-1: Review Your Degree Progress Report |
|

Degree Progress Report is available at Student Services Office and
University Registrar Office
◙
The
Degree Report indicates your academic performances and Credits Earned in the recommended
courses for your degree program.

STEP-2A:
Bachelor Graduation Requirements |
|
◙
Minimum of 180 ECTS Credits completed
◙
The 180 ECTS cumulative credits can include approved Credits
Transferred
◙
Successful completion of all currently enrolled courses
◙
Successful completion of all Major and Minor requirements
◙
Minimum of 30 ECTS Credits completed in Upper-Divisions for your
Major
◙
Minimum of 2.0 GPA Grade Point Average passes in Each
Course completed at RCST
◙
No Debit Balance in Student Tuition Fees account
◙
Paid all Financial Obligations to RCST Rockfield College of
Sciences and Technology
◙
Return all instructional materials including textbooks borrowed from
RCST

Step-2b:
Graduate
Degrees -
Master Graduation Requirements |

◙
Minimum of 90 ECTS Credits completed
◙
The 90 ECTS cumulative credits can include approved Credits
Transferred
◙
Successful completion of all currently enrolled courses
◙
Successful completion of all Major and Minor requirements
◙
Minimum of 3.0 GPA Grade Point Average passes in Each
Course completed at RCST
◙
No Debit Balance in Student Tuition Fees account
◙
Paid all Financial Obligations to RCST Rockfield College of Sciences
and Technology
◙

STEP-3: Submit
"Intent to Graduate" Form |
|
◙
Student who fulfilled the Requirements for Graduation should complete
the "Intent to Graduate Form"
◙
Pay the required Graduation Fees into the
stipulated bank account of RCST in Switzerland
◙
Submit completed Form and Receipt of Paid
Graduation Fees to
RCST Student Services Office

FURTHER INFORMATION

Student Services Department will notify the student
that may
have any outstanding requirements prior to graduation. Please respond to this Notification promptly so that you can resolve any discrepancies
on time. Academic
Honours will only be Granted after all required Courseworks are completed and
Completely Graded.
We will communicate other pertinent
information about graduation as when available.
Once you are cleared to graduate, enjoy preparing for this special milestone in
your personal development.
