Current and former s tudents of
RCST
Rockfield College of Sciences and Technology are expected to
comply with the university's rules and regulations including all aspect of
academic and administration matters during and after their relationship with the
University.
Rockfield College of Sciences and
Technology
upholds the integrity of our academic
activities and the sanctity of academic honesty, therefore RCST
will not tolerate any
Fraudulent
Behaviour
and will investigate all instances of suspected fraud.
Should an investigation provide
sufficient evidence to suggest that fraud has been committed
by students or persons,
RCST
will refer the
Circumstances
of the Fraud
to the relevant authorities for the
purposes of
criminal
investigation and possible prosecution.

Degree and
Qualification Fraud Policy
In line with our commitment to academic
integrity, RCST
has a
Zero-Tolerance
Policy
on the Fraudulent
use of
Degrees
and
Qualifications
earned from the university.
It
is
illegal
for any person
to
Falsely
Represent
themselves as having received a degree from
RCST Rockfield College of Sciences and
Technology Switzerland.
According
to Swiss Criminal Code Article 251, the forgery of a document is a criminal
offense that can be prosecuted under criminal law and is punishable with
imprisonment of up to five years
with
a monetary penalty per offense.
RCST
reserves the right to file criminal
charges against any individual,
groups and entity
who submits fraudulent documents in accordance with local and international
laws.

Online Publication of Degrees
and Qualifications
RCST Rockfield College of Sciences and
Technology highly appreciate the personal sacrifices of our students to their
academic pursuits. In
order to protect the identity of our
students
and minimize the risk of degrees
and qualifications
fraud,
it is
Strictly
Forbidden
to publish copies and pictures of degrees
and qualifications
obtained
at
RCST
on the internet.
In case of a violation of this
policy,
RCST Rockfield College of Sciences and
Technology will formally request
the removal of the publication followed by
Legal
Actions
against the
Offending
Party.
